which version of GFWL should I download?
I tried some but no use
or other solution to get the SN input?

games for windows live wasn't made for windows 10.
it was made for windows 7 and 8.1.

Downloading and installing the Battlestations Pacific Offline Mod seems to do the job without Windows Live.
