What towers you use?
I find myself always building arcane archers. I equip it with burst arrows, that way I can take care of big waves, and they also reduce magic resistance to whatever enemy they hit. I build them to the point they occupy 3/4 of my building sites, the rest occupied with wizards (and perhaps 1 barrack). They just feel too op for me not to build them.

Towers seem a tad more balanced than previous Kingdom Rushes—especially barracks towers as I find that I use them a lot more frequently than in KR 1 and 2.

If there are a few towers I ALWAYS build it would be the Arcane Archers and High Elven Mage. Level 3 Barracks too.

Archers lvl 3 are quite OP. Arcane are better, but high investment to get their potential fulfilled, so I tend to go with more archers before upgrading. I like the blademasters, their 3rd skill really powerful and works well against ranged units.
Longbow seems pretty useless in comparison. Upgraded mages are pretty uninteresting. Artillery druids once again serve a niche role, generally being too expensive for what they bring to the table, until later waves where they're still more of a support tower, at best. Rarely good for their pure damage, far too unreliable. Bears are nice.

The choice of towers depends on the map. You can't beat all maps with the same set of towers. You will need to learn how to use all towers if you wish to collect all stars on all maps.

I really like to use longbows archers, cause' they can one shoot everybody with one upgrade, albo ents or wooden druid is awesome for takina tons of enemies.
