Bug when finding the cure

So, I was wandering around to find the poison frog, and my friend decided to add the wrong stuff into the machine, it bugged and it keeps saying processing. How can I fix this bug, pls let me know. Tks xD

Hello! We are aware of this situation. Some players have reported that if the Host reloads the session without anyone joining, the cure machine should proceed to say that a wrong item has been inserted.

However, if this situation persists, could you please send a copy of the affected save files to [e-mail], so we can see if we can resolve this situation for you?
