Grappling Hook Gun disappeared

My friend and I are struggling to find a grappling hook gun in the coop story mode where the gun should be located. We are also experiencing many bugs during playing, for example, we cannot open anything (map or backpack) or pick up any items. This should be fixed asap! We almost finished the game, but we can't! anyone knows how to solve this issue, feel free to suggest and help!
