Sled tipping vertically upward on land or downward on water

This causes the sled to be unusable anymore. Any resolution?

Hi! Could you please tell me in which situations/which steps have you taken to make the Sled tip vertically? We're monitoring this situation right now and looking for possible causes of it!

not so sure what happened but while I was gathering resource. a bamboo grew, I guess. it went in the sled forcing to let it to flip vertically up. Another is while I was beside the riverside got attacked and when I went back to my sled the rope was already under water and don't have a way to pull it back

In the recent hotfix we've introduced a few fixes to the Sled and how it behaves. Could you please verify the integrity of your game files and see if that situation would happen again?
