I gave them fruits & leaves (from harvesting the palms/bananaleaves
and i cleaned their place twice a day
But they are poisoned after a few days and die... all the time. It's totally annoying and you can't go out or do anything else...
Are you able to see these?

Since you see a skull possibly your animals are starving.
I think they drink way too much water
Could you take a screenshot and upload post here what the skull symbol is .
poisoning is a crossbone with skull.

I read everything here https://greenhell.fandom.com/wiki/Animal_Husbandry
And then after some days they get sick (the skull symbol) and die. But i do everything what's written there.
From the Wiki:
"Animals can become sick when conditions in its living quarter are unhygienic. Regularly cleaning up all of the animal droppings from inside of the animal pen can prevent this from happening. If the animal does become sick, an icon will display above the animal. To bring the animal back to good health, the player will need to remove all droppings from the pen. After a short while the animals health will start to return to normal."
I searched everywhere. No droppings could be found in our pen...
So my animals never get health back and died...
Edited.
small leaf pile green yep that works. Never thought to check Wiki lol.
I'm also playing a save from SOA 3 and right next to my base ( abandoned Village } near where the large ship is I have a pond of clean water.
So far all is good with 2.
Both tamed 100%
Did you try the method where you have your backpack open and "scan" the area on the ground with your mouse so you can see if it picks up something? I do it all the time when trying to reach something a bit further away or at odd angles. Sometimes if I kill a bird and it falls into a large rock you can even use that trick to pick it out of there even though you yourself are unable to see through the rock itself.
