Building update: Climbing point

I have just played for the first time since the Building Update. I built a treehouse stand, placed the platform, and placed the "climbing point." What I can't do is place a rope on said point. I put 3 of them on the platform. Not one will give an option to attach the rope.
If this gets fixed, I will play again.
If not, I won't bother. Creepy Jar's main building problem has always been "you have to look at this pixel to place your material." You often have that pixel somehow blocked by terrain, or another hitbox. In this case, I assume the pixel is blocked by the floor, even though I can see the post. Just make any part of the rope the placement.

That is exactly what all 3 are. All 3 were placed, and all were the white ghost waiting for the rope. None of them become green or allow the placement.
I say "were" because I closed the game and did not save it.

I have been able to build mine with out issues, though I dont know if they actually turned green when I went to add the rope.

I had the same problem. Sometimes it works with a big stone, standing on it or you have to jump and than it will light green.

Thanks all. I tried jumping, and nothing close enough I could climb on. I could see the connection point clearly, but Green Hell would not let me interact with it. Creepy jar just needs to make any part of the "ghost" accessible for building.

Hey! Adding materials to ghosts can sometimes be tricky, especially on the uneven ground. If nothing works for you though, try verifying game files:
