Pick up Pots In the water

This is the first time ive commented or anything like that on a game before so sorry if its in the wrong place.
Just got the game and so far so good. One issue i came across was i found a pot/saucpen and droped it in the river to try and fill it with water to boil it. I couldnt pick it up, all i could do was drink out of it while it was still in the water. It was literally the first thing i did to try to hydrate but obviously got sick from it. Would be great to see this issue fixed.

Press the tab to open back pack, while holding backpack walk closer to the water edge, then move your L/mouse curser over the water you should see the pot in white silhouette and can pick it up using L mouse hold pot, slowly back out of water ( s ) then Tab again to remove the backpack you should now be far enough away from the water to E pick up the pot :)

No only Bidons hold water, it may seem like it has just rightclick spill to keep water clean pot

Sorry for the necro, but I feel like it should be noted that the pot will retain the water unless you put it in your pack, so if you have a clear walk to your fire you can open the inventory screen and slow-walk the pot back to the fire

Yes you're right just didnjt mention that at the time..
Place the pot / coconut bowl/s with water onto the crafting table using the same steps.
Carry over to fire etc and place down, its also handy to carry lots of logs and or mud bricks .
Using the right mouse hold it down while crafting table is open then turning and navigate around as you walk back.
