Arowana scale - crafting glitch, cant proceed with a legend Quest

Hello developers, you are doing a great job, this game is a masterpiece!
Can you please resolve a bug I am witness of and it seems I am the only one, as no such topic has been created yet.

When I obtain an Arowana scale from Arowana fish, I cant really craft anything from it... this item can't be simply merged with something else and I know that it is possible, even neccesarry to complete on of the Legend Quest.

Can you please fix this?

Have you found all the legend stones clues for the craftsman? You will only be able to craft the scale into something else when you have found all the clues.
