Cant make ayahusca ritual bowl glitched

I'm having a game breaking bug where It wont let me make the Ayahusca. I place the fire, get the Banisteriopist strips, Psychotria berries. and then when i go back to the ritual bowl it says "Required items: Recipe" making it so I cant make the Ayahusca. Am I missing something? And its not just that save, if i go to a different save and try it again it stills says I need recipe.

Is this a Single Player?
Can you press E to add the ingredients?
Try doing that.

Please save and exit then right click GH in library>properties>local files tab>validate game files.

This is singleplayer, it also happens in multiplayer. I do not have any friends who have green hell so I have no clue if they can do it for me I have tried pressing E and it is not working. I have validated my game files three times already and I still have this bug I appreciate the suggestions though.

Is the fire burning? Some had issues with lighting it , I used C to crouch. also this was patched.
Do you have recipe in your survival notepad?
The reference maybe hinting at items we should find that tell the player the what the why and how,

If this doesnt solve it find the save upload to My Drive -Google or one you know and share a link by posting here I will downlod and take a look at your problen fix it then send you that save back,
save are found here make a copy of it
There is 2 pieces a save file and an image
the save is>SPSlot0 or slot 1 , 2 or 3
the thumbnail is called SPSlot0.sav or 1 , 2 3

Yep, thank you I wasn't reading the burned pages and when i picked them up again it fixed it.

I don't know whats more frustrating playing the game or looking for Information about this ritual bowl bug! The fire blueprint doesn't appear on the ground under the bowl! It is up off the ground and even after adding Ingredients you can't light it! Apparently I'm the only person this has ever happened to? 🙃

En multi je met le. Petit feu et je l'allume mais il ne se validé pas pour accéder à la suite.

Hors je l'ai déjà fait en mode histoire mais en survie solo ou multi impossible que faire ?
