[1.5.4] Torch has more than 100 percent durability

Description:
I have a torch that has more than 100 percent durability. It seems to have multiplied the base durability with a factor 100.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Torch
2. Lite the torch on a fire.
3. Immediately unequip the torch.
4. Save the game and reload.

Reproduce rate:
I am not really sure yet how I got the torch to have this durability, but I think the steps mentioned, were done.

What should have happen:
Durability less than or equal to 100 percent.

I have the exact same bug. My torch never lose durability.

Also torch is always lighted on while in my backpask. Little dangerous to have it lit while on packpack :)
Also rain cannot put it out while in equipment slot. Not sure if those things were meant to be like that.

Still a thing in 2.1.4, simply get a torch, light it, save and reload game, and bam, over 3000% durability, and every time you save and reload it resets back up.
