Can't remove leech

I got a leech while wearing full armor. i cannot see or remove the leech even after taking off the armor.... Also taking off armor is buggy the armor visual stays on your body after removing the armor. I had to place and remove it multiple times for the armor visual to go away. My arms and legs do no show a leech but my status info says i have one and i lose sanity from it every couple seconds...

strange - I have also bug with taking off armor - but I can remove leeches also without taking off armor ...

I've been having issues with removing leeches and worms lately. Armor show/hide and equip/unequip is working fine though (so far).

what you have to do is open your back pack and inspect yourself, then drag your armor to your back pack and after that you can remove the leaches

Recent update seems to have removed the option to just hide and tick off leeches, now it has to be removed. You can drop the lot onto ground but its not possible to place onto arms unless you have space in the backpack to transfer to limbs.

Wasn´t it intended, that you have to put your armor off to remove leeches? Patch 0.4.3: "Fixed – Leeches can be taken off after hiding Armor"

Removing leeches - yes. But we want to look into what Shawnkrad wrote in the second part.

I have 2 armadillo legs armors on and got leeches on one leg and can not remove armor to remove leeches

Hey, I just bought the game for pc and I'm having the same Issue .. There's no way to remove the leech. No options for that, I'm in absolute early game .. So frustrating. I keep losing sanity and no action for pulling the leech off appears, either on keyboard or xbox controller.
