[0.4.0] Cant Remove Worm

Hey! I woke up with a worm and tried to use the Bone Needle but it didnt have a circle and dropped when i tried. I then decided I'd remove the armor and the graphic for the armor stays on my arm but the armor is in my inventory. i cant equip it to a different limb. haha. can send save file if needed.

after opening the inventory and trying multiple times it finally let me equip it to my arm then i could remove the worm. i still have the save file if needed

make sure to remove all armor for things u need to edit liek removing worms applying bandages keep in mind if u click on hide armor u can still remove leeches without taking the armor off only exception

guys. i was telling them that when i remove my armor it wasnt working. i had to reload. I know you have to remove it. just wasnt working....
