[1.1.1] Obsidian Bone Blade not visible when equipped

Description:
Sometimes when equipped, the obsidian bone blade does not show up in your hand. In this instance, I had it in the skinning holster where only blades can go. You can see the bug in the video below. It occurs from 17:40 to 18:00.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Equip obsidian bone blade using the right-click feature while it is in your backpack holster.
2. Observe to see if bug occurs.

Reproduce rate:
It is random. It doesn't happen every time.

What should have happened:
You should be able to visually see the blade in your hand.
