no fuel at overturned jeep after reloading save

I had to reload a save after using the elevator because the game wouldn't let me move, and when I returned to the jeep the fuel wasn't there. Can someone let me know if it will respawn after some time or if I'm screwed.

I also became froze after using the elevator, not sure why

Hi!
The freeze near lift could have been caused by rapidly opening Walkie Talkie after other animation. This should be fixed by now(in version 1.0.1).
Please let us know if it happens again.
And for the Fuel, please check if You don't already have that attached in your Backpack.
If the save was made before picking it up it should respawn on game load.

I found the Fuel can at the turned over jeep and then collected it, but when I go to the lift it shows I dont have it
