Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to coordinates
2. Kill a river Stingray
3. Go 10 Meters to hill and back (Maybe 1 Minute)
4. Kill next Stingray
5. repeat Step 3 and 4

Reproduce rate:
always

What should have happen:
Stingrays spawn rate should be reduced
