For the first time, I started this game last week on normal :D
So far: the tutorial is extremely lacking in information, I had to look up (as little as possible) some info on the net, so far for me it is 90 % grinding and setting up small camps, story line interesting.
I will finish this one to see where the story and building possibilities will lead me.

The game is surprisingly less grindy than some of the similar titles out there. for the bare minimum of a base, you need to be next to a river, have a place for a fire durring the rain, and a bed. Otherwise, all materials are renewable, unlike the forest, sons of the forest, and dont-starve.
