Tree House

Im playing with a friend and we decided to build a tree house but have noticed tha the tree's leaves are growing into the house . a idea would to be able to cut them back so that they dont grow up into the stuff we have in the tree house as its taking over the shelfing area and storage units

but you can not cut down the big tree's like the tree that you find the brazil nut next to .

What I do is to use a mod JUST for the purpose of finding out what trees I can build in without getting interference. It allows me to use "creative style" so I don't have to decimate half of the rain forest just to find out that I am going to get a ugly treehouse. The mod also has 2 other features... I can destroy a structure with one hit and I can choose to have no "drops" from the structure. So, I build the treehouse using the mod and if I am satisfied with it I will then tear it down and build it the normal way. It sure reduces the frustration level of putting a LOT of work into something and then finding out that you are really unhappy with it. The mod I am referring to is on Nexus Mods and is called GreenHell Tweaks. It does a LOT more than what I mentioned, but you do not have to use those features. I hope this helps!

It's a good suggestion. Tree houses usually take so long to make that I don't get that far!
