Do you freeze during single player as well?

Can you post your full PC specs? If not sure, in Steam, go to help, select sys info, and copy/paste whats in there.
No, it only happened in online and it happened in my friend POV. There's a few discussions talking about the same problem but i haven't found any clues or anything about how to fix the issues here
This game does not have dedicated servers. Its all P2P connection. I played just around 20 hours with a friend. If you disappear, its because you have gone too far from the other player. If the person disappears when they are close to you. Than maybe a bad connection.

I do have a VPN, and when enabled, things would disappear in this game. Maybe that is what you are experiencing? So if you or your friend have a VPN, make sure to disable it before you load the game. I would always make sure my VPN was not connected before I played. So try that and see if it helps.

You and your friend can try to power cycle the modem/router. So unplug modem for about 20 seconds. If you have router as well, unplug that one. Than plug in modem first, wait until it is fully connected, and than plug in router. See if that helps.

You will also want to set your Firewall rules. Make sure you are allowing Green Hell, and if you have an anti-virus program running. make exception to your game folder so it doesnt conflict with Green Hell.

Lastly, you can try to forward ports. Even though the link below says to use VPN, do not do this.

The connection ports for Green Hell are as follows:

Green Hell - Steam

TCP: 27015-27030, 27036-27037
UDP: 4380, 27000-27031, 27036
