From what I understand there is no more content updates, however the Devs will still be working on bug fixes. Plus there is a VERY unconfirmed rumor that there is a REMOTE chance of a Green Hell 2. This was referenced on their Star Rupture discord. And it was very, very remotely referenced, so don't get your hopes up!
