NO, it has been a finished game for a long time. Not dead, just done. Almost 6 years ago. Finished in 2019.

Completed. Creepy Jar gave a huge amount of free additions and they are still monitoring the game with bug fixes but no more will be added .

According to the Community Hub, there's 1,500 players in game right now, which isn't too shabby for a game that left Early Access in 2019, & certainly not what I would call dead. ^^ Over the years, the devs have added many free update (as opposed to producing paid DLC to milk the cow). In my estimation, they've done a bang-up job, particularly considering that along w/ sandbox survival, the game offers challenge modes & two story modes.

The game is no longer in development as it is finished with the decorations update that released in September 2024. However, the game is still being supported.

As per Creepy Jar's announcement with the release of the decorations update:

"The game won’t be getting any more new content updates on PC, but it will still be supported by our team."
