So when aiming at head, just aim a bit higher to account for the dip. As they do not bleed out like the other animals or tribesman. They just run away.
Oh, I also noticed that the first village you arrive at during the campaign. Does have a long stick that can not be acquired. You also can not axe the logs around the fire.
Thanks for the confirmation on this. Yeah I used have a guide for this game I wrote with youtube videos but alot has changed since I last played and I can honestly say I may have forgotten some things.
NP. I just started playing about a month ago. Still getting used to some things. But sometimes it def feels a bit RNG with predators.
However, when you have built up a good amount of experience. To say, where spears are 50% durable or higher. It is much easier to kill things. Which makes sense. So it seems like 1 shot kills happen more often.
Thats what I was thinking maybe its governed alot more by Spear Skill then it once was. Skills were a major focus back then. But you did that as a long term it took a long time to get those skills maxed some of them. Axe was maxed pretty fast.
