CAN I GET A CENTIPEDE WITH ARACHNIDS TURNED OFF?
IS THERE AN ALTERNATE WAY TO GET A CENTIPEDE? i have tried using a rock trap, but only get frogs.

From what I read when we disable the arachnids it also includes them. But note you need one for a quest if playing SOA 3.
And customizations can only be applied at the start if a new game.
They only appear when wood or leaves have been on the ground for a few days now it was patched.
If you hear one press Q to drop your wood or leaves he will just absconder under ground.

Yes, the bait needs a centipede. I can't believe they would allow you to turn something off that is crucial to completion of the game. Please someone tell me there is another way to get a centipede!

If you play with arachnids turned off ( no centipede) the recipe to solve the legend will not require centipede anymore , you can use a common larvae instead.

Actually no. one of the legends in SOA will substitute a different one for it. (Larva)

I was honestly worried that I might unable to complete the legend quest, but thankfully the devs were clever.

Thankyou Blackforge that is good to know. yes Creepy Jar did this in SOA 1 and 2 also.
I have already completed the SOA series so couldnt test it.

Are you reading this whitenoize6 Creepy Jar has saved you and us from your caps ( yelling ) lol

Hello!
I just got to the legend "The fish of fortune" where you need a centipede for bait.
Unfortunately, I play with arachnids turned off and a larva instead of a centipede does not work.
Do you have any advice?
