Turn off Film Grain?

Is there a way to turn off the film grain? In the sunlight, you can't see it, but it becomes obnoxious when it gets darker. Everything becomes real grainy and it looks terrible on my incredible ReShade setup.

I've never noticed film grain, you sure it's not reshade? 3rd party drivers tend to cause issues.

Reshade has a film grain option but unless they have that on Reshade will not be causing issues, it is very very rare Reshade causes issues in any games. When it does it's very obvious immediately because it probably won't even launch the game anymore.
