notepad bug

When I open Notepad, I can't click on the Notepad category icon, but some category icons can be clicked, but the icon is offset to click> [need mouse to move a little to the side], and I can select the building that has been opened for construction. I tried reloading the save and game but it didn't work.

Thanks for the reply, but I was lucky enough to find a solution to the problem > the reason: the field of view setting in the image settings. I once adjusted the default field of view setting from 75% to 76.5% and after I reverted back to the default setting the issue I described disappeared as soon as I changed it back, but I'm not sure if the problem is completely gone, if this error happens again I'll report a log to you
