Armadillo farm

I have a farm of 3 armadillo's unfortunately they keep getting poisoned, what can be the reason? They always have full source of water and food, but keep losing health bc of the poison.

I think it might be a lot of "animal droppings" on the ground, once you get rid of it, they get healthy again .)

Yeah I just changed the animal pen and they got healthy again, thank you for your response:)
