Hi, sorry to say I believe he disappears .
But its not the end really as its just for points there is enough to get your 800 points.
I went back abd replayed the Level a few times until I get 1000.
If you wish try to find him again as you jmissed them here is the location of them.

Wounded Tribe will respawn over time in the same place if he died. Timer starts when you are close to the wounded, and depends on game difficulty how fast time passes. We forwarded the issue with Kid to QA team.
