Where can I report a bug or issue I keep encountering?

Before you send your message, keep in mind to follow the troubleshooting tips mentioned in the Steam Troubleshooting Guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2160052009
Also, be sure that the bug you’d like to report is - in fact - a bug. Being unable to locate coconuts can simply mean you need to change the place you’re looking for them. At the same time, seeing coconuts shoot into space would definitely count as a bug!

Does Green Hell have multiplayer?
The game does feature online co-op play for all game modes! There is no PvP/friendly fire, and the game does not operate on dedicated servers.
Green Hell is based upon the Host-Client system. This means that the Host of the given multiplayer session is the “server” of the entire session. Please note that any stability abnormalities with the connection will impact the game.

How much does the DLC cost?
All content updates to the game are free for all Green Hell owners on Steam!

How do I request media/content creator keys?
