Grappling gun icon on the airfield can’t find it

But there is no grappling gun thing what should I do???

It's not in the airstrip area, it's on the other side. Pass through the underwater section, then head north past the lake.

Pickup the map at the airport. Sounds like Story. Yo need to use the radio talk away and Jake gets mad hits the radio knocking over a key pick that up nd unlock the shed in there is there oxygen tanks and map. Head up findpath to the right go down grappling hook find diving gear to swim out then head right

Which game re you playing?
Only Story game and or survival.
SOA 1,2 and 3 no grappling gun hook required ever.
SOA 1 and 2 grappling hook none was required at all.
All the logs use a rope now in SOA 3
Are you playig SOA 3? Or survival the more detils helps.

The grappling gun hook is on the island where you see the little man in a cave next to a skeleton

If memory serves, Story mode required that you couldn't access this until you drink from the ritual bowl in the area.

There are no climbing points here in story mode unless you are playing SOA and they are just regular climbing points since there is no grappling gun in SOA. The only way to get these grappling points is survival.

What a disaster of a thread. Not only has it been necroed numerous times, it is full of misinformation. Basically that grapple hook icon will never appear on the map, at least in survival anyway.
