Other games like Green Hell?

Really enjoying Green Hell but I feel there are somethings missing, like boneheaded arrows and cooler resources in villages for example. And no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ useful items as decorations, who the crap thought it wise to have a BUCKET and a BARREL as decorations when you need ♥♥♥♥ to store water?
That said, are there any other survival games like Green Hell out there that feels hardcore?

Asking here cause googling gives stupid examples like Conan Exiles, Ark, Fallout 4, Raft or Rust which are not survival games at all but rather arcadey. Not saying they aint fun, just saying that's not the kind of 'survival' I'm looking for.

I want misery, crawl for two hours to get back to camp with a broken leg. Deseases. Advanced food system etc etc etc.

Yeah you need to tell them beforeahand, if you write it without it you get people in trouble there are certain people here actually go outside and start a carnage, they dont research much they simply go out and start destroying forests, for hunting you need a licence no matter where you live, you cant just go on a killing spree.

Seconding UnReal World. True gem of a survival game.

As for looking for similar games, try with https://steampeek.hu/. Has exceptional search filters.

I dont recomend TLD over Green Hell nothing to compare to.
Go find a ton of vidoes to watch on youtube.

Check "Survival: Fountain of Youth". That one has very developed survival mechanics, plus challenging in several other aspects of it.

Also, it's set in the 16th century, so no fancy modern gadgets available either.
