DON'T FORGET ABOUT ARMOR!!! You can craft 4 pieces to cover your body (stick armor is great at the start, bone is even better but you would have to have around 12 bones to make 4 pieces). Just craft: banana leaf + rope x2 + sticks x 3
There is no such thing as random bruises and injuries in this game.. they all have very specific causes.
Sure is. The spawns are random tho, but you can count on molineria to be in between the abandoned village and Lamba 2.
Just wait until the rain season hits completely and its raining non stop...
I played through the entire story mode (40ish ingame days) and 50 days of King of the Jungle and never felt the need for armor. At least not when you are not deliberately go and anger the natives, just mind your surroundings and where you are stepping.
these :p and look around on the ground for a green plant with yellow flowers.
Armor does seem to help with not getting those life threatening injuries from the natives and the cats. The natives dont really need to be angered, its more like they come find your base and attack you because you were cooking food xD
Cook the food, douse it with water after you are done cooking. And the mudcooking thingy doesn't seem to attract them. I have had them nearby on occassion when i still cooked with open flame, but ever since my hut has been set up, i haven't heard them in a while. Of course it does help if you are not camping in the middle of the jungle, but more secluded.
