Stuck on "find help"

So I went through the tutorial and got myself lost in the jungle. Mia calls and I pass out trying to get to it and the plane flies over. I have built a shelter and much more. Many days have passed. I've never gotten another call from Mia to push me forward in the story. I've played before and never had this problem. Why am I stuck? what did I do wrong?

I dont think you get another call from her until you find different things. I dont remember getting one from her for awhile, not until I found the abandoned tribal settlement that isnt far from where you wake up.

Check the survival notepad it will have what still needs to be done. on the left tabs Story.
You need to go to the airport and explore everything there in the building fix the radio outside the back then talk on teh radio hit the radio and pickup the key open the shed and get the map and gear there.

From my memory, the next time you get a radio call from mia, is when you find the abandoned tribal village. There's a whole series of exchanges, and then your battery runs out.

After it recharges, you have the option to contact her whenever new topics come up.

The only thing I can't remember is if that whole exchange happens before or after you take the psychoactive brew and unlock the stone door north of the tribal village.

Sure I can tell every single detail use the rope up from abandoned village follow the stream up. Then use a log to walk up to rope.
Then climb up then at the stone henge drink the ocasia drink then continue through rock access now open to Anaconda Island and then find the way up to the back of Anaconda Island to 2 climbing ropes leads to the airport. Make the call on the radio for help at the airport as I mentioned.
