Please don't remove putting brews in them devs since there is no other way to have an on-hand fever reducer unless you get lucky with cave mushrooms, and those expire. I step on scorpions in caves all the time unless I turn my gamma all the way up which makes the game look like crap. If you don't find the anti-fever mushrooms you're SOL since its a random spawn.
Right now outside of leaving a tactical brew you carried near a cave or building a quick leaf bed and napping (both of these are immersion breaking imo) you're SOL unless you can hoof it to a base or just pass out and deal with the worm.
Especialy unable to place clean water in the bidon after having had soups.
It constantly would not empty the soup so we had to rightclick it and empty it first.
This was applied to the clay update and the clay bottle.
For us long time players cause we had it and then it was removed felt like a real loss.
Are you talking about being able to carry a ton of weight on the crafting table w/o being impeded by it? That was obviously an exploit, not a feature.
Thats the funny thing about a lot of games. You get an unintended bug / glitch that benefits players that if its not fixed after awhile it becomes a feature. Then when they get around to fixing it, or it is accidentally fixed then the players want it back again because they are so used to it.
Well, Jaunitta explained why it was removed from bidens, but that doesn't really hold up imo because the "liquids conflict" bug still occurs regularly; I've ended up destroying many a biden because of it.
I do think we should be able to carry any kind of liquid in both bidens & bottles, & as OP points out, being able to so would be more realistic. The devs could balance that by giving all soups, both those in bottles & those in pots, an "expiration timer", the same as most other foods have.
