how do i get coconut bowl with water to the fire??

im dying of thirst! i drop the bowls in the river and they full, but the moment i pick them up the water is gone!

Several solutions to cure thirst, if and when your seriously thirsty as you walk around check the trunks and logs nearby rivers for orange cap mushroom collect then then eat a couple then youi can drink dirty water or unsafe water. These will cure any stomach parasites. Same with the brazilian nut tree the largest tree they have blue mushrooms. Keep a few of these then eat them to remove stomck parasite.

Works also with sour sop fruits round green fruit high hydration and removes parasites

To boil dirty water. And store fresh water craft Bidons.
Find as green coconut remove the green husk with axe then place on craft table with 2 rope makes bidon.
Place in backpack, open the bag when nearby river drag and drop onto water collects dirty or unsafe water.
Make coconut bowls by drinking coconut milk then harvest it.
Place bowls onto cooking spots on fire open backpack drag and drop the bidon ontop the bowl fills it with dirty water and cooks it.

Can also place a grill rack over and place more bowls ontop.
Find the steel pot at the drugs base base.
Find the steel bidon at the over turned jeep.

Drop the bowl in the river, while looking at the bowl open your backpack. Left-click and hold on the coconut bowl that's now full of water and while hold left mouse button (LMB) walk your character toward your fire. If you release the LMB the bowl will drop, but keep liquid. Position yourself so you can walk directly toward the fire with the bowl on the ground in front of you, pick the bowl back up using the same method above, and when within range you should be able to place the bowl in one of the cooking slots.

You can use the same method to remove coconut or any bowls from the fire to store them on the ground without losing the liquid in them.
