window mode is only available at the loading game.
Motion blur can be caused by using old saves.
I get like a jump in frames playing easy level quite bad after the latest patch, in the welcome to the jungle it is a lot less.
I put it down to how much the game is not optimized in each level. The codes used to remove certain features.
I found turning off soft shadows fixed a lot of it.

Motion blur is an intentional feature in games. It's not a "glitch" or something.
but a useless Feature! Its a Game and not a Movie, the most play on PC to turn off those effects.
GH has updated the Unity engine twice since then now it uses Unity 2019
