How To Get To Omega Camp??

Single player game...survival...no predators...I have reached some kind of tribal village the large round one on the map) and it shows on the map a cave that appears just to the south to connect to another to allow to cross to Omega Camp area...I found a snaking above ground tunnel but cannot find this cave and cannot even get close to Omega Camp...anything I am missing here?? Please advise...Cheers

Have you played all the SOA DLC?
Then the maps have expanded.
There is / was swim the cave from the airport. This was after Story mode.
The way there in survival should be straight up East at the airport 3/4 way up is a path to the right follow that down watch out for spider, then you will approach an absailing rope absail down , there is chest here where you should see an oxygen tank if you have all the necessary climbing gear you now need to swim through the cave following the rope, best time to do this is when there is sunshine as it gets dark in there. Once through jump onto platform and head right. This will lead you to Omega camp.
