How to unlock dryer and smokers?

I'm not entirely sure about it, but for SOA, a lot of blueprints could be unlocked once you read the book in the boat, including both dryer and the wooden smoker I think. As for the bamboo smoker, it located in a cave at around 46W 37S,

For main story and survival though, wooden dryer is located at 46W25S. Once you unlocked the wooden one, bamboo version will also be unlocked, I think. As for the smoker, bamboo smoker is located on bamboo island at 53W17S. Wooden version is located in a waraha camp at 37/38W 19S.
