Report a translation problem
In SoA, the table (supposedly, haven't played SoA myself yet) unlocks as soon as you touch mud.
The skill presumably appears in the notebook for the same reason as other elements that do appear in story mode, but have no use in that mode: It's easier to implement and maintain that way.
I believe it is available in survival since it includes bowls as a BP to find, but not Story Mode since Story doesnt require it.
Story was release back in 2018 long before SOA was released.
Calling the Devs lazy is disrespectful since they gave us the 3 free DLC.
