moon caves

I have now arrived at the "Snake Path" and am now supposed to find moon caves and place the suns there, I have already found a cave but I have no idea what to place there.

What should be placed there, or do I have to craft something again, if so, are there any indications of what to put on the altars?

You need to do all the rituals and the challenges associated with each. There is three in all , once each is completed you receive a small mini totem.
One is a little man one is a tiger and one is a fish, There is 3 moon caves and each mini statue is placed in slot using E to pull out the drawer then to be coated.
It's really self explainatory and you should see text stating missing elements or place item here etc, the game selects the right one automatically.

Do you have all three of the totems Jaunitta mentioned? (You can't interact w/ the drawers if you don't.)
