Good Ending Bugged?

So I found the cure and everything, went to the tribal village and when I got to the conversation with Mia it said that the cure option was still locked? Did I miss something or is my game just bugged?

You've missed a step.
Save beforehand, because this is the game's ending!
Head to the empty worship site you have to go to to finish the game, along with the Ayahuasca flower and some sticks for a fire - start it then throw it all in.
You'll get a chance to tell Mia that you have the cure, and that'll give you the good ending!
However I did the happy ending

hmmmm weird that's exactly what I did but the dialogue option for that was greyed out and said locked next to it even though I found the cure.

I'll have to give it another try and see if it keeps happening. Thanks for the response!

does it matter if I found the cure prior to doing the ritual on the island in the swamp? I noticed the notebook doesn't update about anything regarding the omega camp/the cure until after you do that.

How much of the story map have you discovered up to this time. Forgive my memory as the Story is mindful of twists and turns with dream sequence.
So
the previous drink would have taken you to the hospital where Jake Higgins see Mia's discharge talks ot her where she sits on te beds she disapears, then he goes through a door to room where you read whats on the walls one image shows Jake Higgens murdereder- His discoveries were meant to save the world instead he killed 150 million people.

Then he sees himself go through to a cave and a city seeing all those millions of dead bodies and then you skull and bones . You wake up again realizing you must go back to where you and Mia started.

I think you do a drink at the first round stones out from Delta camp cant remember what it shows us, but continue on to the cave its a circle with a man.
The cave where your body and skull is to get the gun grappling hook "better climbing gear " as its needed to return to the original Tent you stayed in.

Note in screenshot below the grapplinggun hook log above the labs use that to climb up using the grappling gun hook get to the next area.. Mia and Jakes tent and last Abandoned village.

Now that your at the top of new area and have required acasia drink ingredients to perform the last ceromonial drink and as you say you have the cure >
You then go the original camp where you and Mia first started off. Explore that regeon and see where her canoe was , go into the tent etc look around then continue on.
Follow on through and you will find another larger abandoned village here you do the last ceromonial drink throw the cure and all ingredients into the pot drink it
and talk to Mia. She tells everything and talks about everything .
Telling her you have the cure.
you go to airport goes to a scene with her .
Just before she vanishes and your plane arrives Happy Ending
