+ Legends
But yeah, sadly that's SoA.
Expect nothing once you have the 800 points.
Yes there is, hit N
But again... dont expect anything when you reach 800 .... :/
800 = thank you for grinding the most boring ♥♥♥♥, check out our social media channels ... that's it. No "story", no cutscene, nothing.
The surviving/chores/building is very fun for me personally, so I don't mind the way part one just "ended." Now I can be nice and comfy with a couple bases across the map, and will be prepared for part 2.
Another question regarding legends: I did not have all the clues but enough clues to see what they want regarding this waterfall legend. I dove beneath, followed the caves with markings and came to some sort of shrine but there was no interaction possibility. So, what am I missing? Do I really need to formally collect all the clues to get the +100points??
jep, seems so.
Ye it's fine that the story isnt over, also, that this is just part 1 out of 3. But lets be honest here... there's no story in SoA Part 1. There's an Intro, like 10 sentences, and that's it.
Even if it's free content, i would have hoped for... well, something besides grind.
You need to catch them and carry them back to the main village. Once you get close enough a grab option will show and you need to click it quickly... then hope that you know the coordinates of the village and can get there without getting attacked by anything or needing to eat/sleep...
What exactly did you expect? Even story mode is reliant on a certain amount of grind to survive unless you somehow figured out a way to speed run it without using the fast-sleep exploit to avoid worms, and managed to keep your protein levels sufficiently high without killing and cooking animals...
At the end of the day, Green Hell is going to be a grind-tastic game if you want the 'full experience'. Yes, that includes the objectives of SoA. Have you any suggestions for different ways to flesh out SoA? As a show of good faith, here's one suggestion that comes to mind for me: Perhaps an event where the Waraha launch a large scale incursion on one of the friendly villages and you have to help defend...
SoA is still in its developmental stages, so who knows what else might get added to the overall experience once all the pieces are in place for the entirety of its story and progression; maybe we will indeed see more cut scenes between the major check points and after completing objectives/legends.
"Let's be honest here" your complaining just comes across as super bit**y though and you sound like an ingrate, especially this snide little snipe which completely disregards the current status of development:
The step you missed can be completed without all the clues, naturally, but having the clues will help you figure out what you're missing there.
Can you you actually complete the quest w/o receiving it, though? (ie, w/o it being entered in your notebook)
Just to note: I've been able to earn up to 820 trust points prior to adding those received for completing the quests (for a grand total of 1,220, though it will only show up to 1,000 in one's notebook).
One thing you might not be doing that you should: Destroy the Waraha camps. Destroying a small one gives you five trust points; a large one, forty.
