How to destroy Waraha camps?

You can gain the village trust by returning escaped children, burning corpses and liberating female tribe members of Yabahuaca from Waraha tribe, but I don't really understand that part about destroying Waraha camps...
Do I have to burn them down or what?

There is one village that appears to be deserted and has a tree with bees in the center. Think I'm supposed to destroy it but can't. Is this not a village you are supposed to destroy?

That's not a Waraha camp. You don't need to (& can't) destroy it.

There's another spot like it elsewhere on the map; same thing.
