Finding Psychotria

Is the most mind numbing aggravating experience, I know what it looks like but the fact that the spawns are random and I'm color blind makes it so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frustrating to find.

Why is it that ♥♥♥♥ just not AT the ritual sites 100% of the time at least enough to continue the story instead of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around in the bush?

Usualy grow nearby the the ritual bowel or in the forests nearby Abanoned village
Regardless if your colour blind look for a small plant with lots of berries
its the only one of its kind.

Oh I KNOW what it looks like, it's just the fact that it RANDOMLY SPAWNS and almost completely blends in with the background makes it the most ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ miserable thing to find.

Ritual site 1 wasn't so bad I lucked out and it was right there, but site 2? Go ♥♥♥♥ me with a spiked rusty metal nailed covered bat.

I did find some shortly after this post but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell imagine trying to find this bastard in the middle of the woods when it randomly spawns:

Ps: What I ended up doing was lowering my graphics setting which I think got rid of the extra foliage.

I'm going to delay the ritual just to grow these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cuz I KNOW i'll need them again.

I don't think they spoil, do they? If so, if you find some as you go, you can harvest it to keep on hand. (I've never played the original story mode, so I don't tend to pay them much mind.) Good luck. ^^

They dont spoil and as far as I know there are 3 rituals, 2 manditory 1 optional. But holu ♥♥♥♥ they are hard to find if you're unlucky.

I can sympathize, as I've had the same problem w/ other plants. They seem to be everywhere except when you're really pressed. ^^

They are always close by to ritual locations what are you even talking about ?

being colour blind and having trouble actually seeing them is another matter, one which is the case for you. But making completely false statements about them not being near to the required locations is another matter.

The first ritual bowl during storymode for example has both required parts right behind the bowl, screenshot shows the "Psychotria" where the bow/arrow is aiming and the vine required is on the tree top/right of the picture.

sometimes you might need to walk a small amount in a circle motion, but really not that hard in terms of general location

this is the worse thing to find in game, without the highlighted aid on them they are almost impossible to find because they are GREEN, as such they are the only plant i grow

and its not because they are not around, or because they dont grow in abundance its because in dense forest finding green on green is always going to be hardwork

spawning of items are problematic at times, but i assure you they are never far from the ritual sites, im even willing to bet on the fact the developers have gone out of their way to ensure that is the case in terms of coding.

thats 95hrs of storymode ONLY talking to you...

I can show you plenty of screen shots of where it's NOT even those it spawns there if you like?
It randomly spawns and shares a spawn table with harvestable plants and your pictures of you finding one spawned literally mean nothing.
There are plenty of people who have had this issues, posts on steam, threads on reddit and videos on youtube. Face facts man, it's a terribly hard plant to find if you're unlucky.

... there is a Psychotria near EVERY tribal bowl !!!

same as when you harvest birds nest, it will result in putting wood resin where the birdsnest should be. look im not being a ♥♥♥♥ for the sake of being a ♥♥♥♥ here, you have already admitted you have a visual problem seeing these things due to being colorblind

my suggestion is you calm down, slow is smooth, smooth is fast, and just accept that they are always near by

RELAX bum he asked a question, i have the same issue spending hours at site 3. Why tf r u aggressively accusing the author of “false statements” while hes just stating an issue and ask for help. U r a bully and obviously u r not helping , get tf out ♥♥♥♥♥

After searching in vain and reading online posts, I gave up. I quit the game. Later, I opened it just to walk around the jungle and build some stuff.
After two hours of gathering and building, one appeared just outside of my village.
I cut it down, harvested the berries, dried them and grew two plants out of two of the berries, one for ayahuasca and one to get new berries.
