I can't find Ha'kra

I left the tortoise meat on all 3 days, the notebook is telling me to kill Ha'kra, but Ha'kra isn't showing up. I tried going at day and at night, but he never showed. Is there something else I have to do?

While playing on walk in the park, I had this problem too. There was a wooden structure at the end of the cave with the item, but I wasn't able to see it. Co-op partner was able to pick up the item.

I don't know what happened, but i logged back in to check for the structure and Ha'kra was there! Thanks for getting me to go back and check, ig?

Yeah it is not working for me either, even after relog, but I think that's because I got the message while in the spot.

Not working here either.
I've tried everything, even saving far away from the cave, after the 3rd offer and then close the game and restart from the save point.
Nothing to do.
Either I get a message when I reach the bones in the cave (saying I've defeated it), or it gives me the same exact message, after some time, if I walk in a totally random direction.
In both cases, I get no tail or anything.
So I'm stucked.

Haha, yes, just come to write the same.
If you'll wait to night 5 the animal will be there, even if you have a save spot close to the cave, just checked this)

For everyone not working: I went to the cave on the night of day 4 before 10PM and stay until 1AM, it didn't show up. Next day on day 5 I came back and appeared at exactly 10PM.

Okay I was having the same issue. I left tortoise meat 3 days in a row and kept checking back day after day. Never showed up. BUT. Whenever I had logged out I just saved and quit so I thought what the heck....I built a structure to properly save the game file and fully logged out and when I reloaded the game, BOOM, Ha'kra finally made his grand appearance! Hope this helps <3

Wow. You should probably report that to the devs, if you haven't already. Sounds like the save & quit option may not be working properly.

Agree the save and exit is buggy and I found it required we save first at the roof then save and exit. Added that fact to devs last year.
Better to save at roof so well done BlaqkDahlia
