Explore the burned part in the map

Ok i am in the part where i have to "explore the burned part in the map" and i found another abandoned camp in the middle of what seems like a lake.
I am stuck in this part, i cant find anything else it feels like i am going in circles until i eventually die to a leopard or whatever.

If you have checked all the notes in that camp, you will see a drawing of airplane with a arrow pointing east. This is your clue showing you where to head in order to find the airport.
Head East from the island and find the grappling point at 31W 26S, once you have climbed up, then head to North East to 28W 23S for the airport
