Destroying Ant Hills

An ant hill popped up in my base in a really, really inconvenient location. Is there any way to destroy them?

I tried to destroy it as well it destroyed my skin first with a ton of rashes so I dont we can. Ants needed for some infections I think

I thought they were static. Can anthills really grow in some place?

They dont spawn or respawn as far as I know but there are lots in the new areas near the Airport
They cannot be destroyed so build away from them.
I've seen them everywhere :)

I've save-scummed a couple times after it popped up and it seems to be in a consistent location in my base, but yes, I can confirm that they can spawn when one didn't originally exist.

What infections? i tried to use them for cuts to seal the wounds but no luck
