Bad Ending = Not finding the cure or NOT answering that you found the cure in the final ayahuasca event.
Load a save file from before the "event"?
Just speedrun it if you don't have a save, my lad. You know where to go and that is more than half the battle done.
Write a list of coordinates you want to visit and head out. If you make sure to grab any dangleberries you find for the next gummyberry juice, you will not even have to eat and drink anything else than that, except painkillers if you get unlucky. Actually, try save your painkillers now I think about it.
Your stats will be set to "perfect " afterwards anyways, so you can even skip collecting the pot and stuff like that. Maybe save at whatever opportunity you get, in case that you forget anything.
Hell, do it on Green Hell difficulty and get that achievement while you are at it.
...and for gods sakes don't forget the cure in that run or you will need to do it a 3rd time! (Don't ask, please don't ask whether that happened to me...Lol)
took me around 20 minutes to speedrun it couple days ago to achieve bad ending on max difficulty.
for good ending you will probably need to also craft yourself 2 tabaco bandages, though with some skill this can also be skipped (blue shrooms to the rescue)
