Kind of depends how much shadows and object draw distance your willing to sacrifice. I mean yeah it'll run great if you turn the sliders all the way down, should still be able to run on the high preset. I play with mine about 1/4th to 1/3rd all the way down, avg 45-75 fps.
Yes stuttering is definitely the biggest issue on this game.
Last year GH was migrated to the newer game engine Unity 2018. to add support for the Story and improve many features.

i really don't want to download the game again, but if someone do have it installed and want to test one thing out for me, i would be really happy.
The heavy stuttering problem: Follow the test guide or the video down below, i have tested this myslef not in this game but in Witcher 3 and Pubg, and it removed it completly.
