How to find friend after dying?

The player marker is only a certain distance, is there a way to find a friend easier once you die??

If you use voice chat its easy. Agree this area could be improved but the player that died will respawn to last respawn point, use the enter to type in to, ask them to use the smart watch with gps co ordinates ( scroll wheel ) press M for map as you should have at least the first map or more with Map up> press and hold F to open smart watch on gps beside map work out using the gps they give you.
Have fun its not so hard when you know how.
Insure you all sleep in a bed bunk hammock to make new respawn point ofetn for this reason. Leave most of your weapons in a chest as you lose them when you die you need to go back to get inventory remember the approximate place to get it.
