Bamboo dryer

How do these work? They must be under a structure apparently but they're too tall for any structures to place above. Am I supposed to leave them in caves or something?

Bamboo dryer works with out a roof it just takes longer when raining, switch to wooden dryer under roof during rain seasons, there is also the bamboo smoker it has green palm leaves that doesnt require roof.
Once you have all the BP we can use different types of cooking methods for when its wet and when its dry.

i just built two story frame above bamboo dryer and able to put a roof on it. Shame on devs.
